  • This service supports 2G and 3G band.
  • Calling Post service will not affect telephone signals from both incoming or outgoing calls.
  • For 1-2-Call users , if the system cannot charge the service fee that day, The system will try again the next day and the service will be available after the transaction.
  • The Calling Post messages will appear on the mobile phone screen of the user who signed up for the service even though the number is from a different network. However, whether the messages appears or not depends on the limitations of the caller’s network.
  • All mobile phones supported.
    • For iPhone, please update to the latest version of iOS in order to support Thai messages.
    • For Windows 7.5, there may be some limitation in displaying messages.
  • AIS reserves the right to immediately terminate Calling Post service on customers who use inappropriate words.
  • Customers can have 1 default message and 30 timed-appointed messages that can be set in Advance setting, which can be used in 10 different numbers.
  • No message will be shown if your mobile phone is turned off.
